Go to Delete Browsing History tick all 8 boxes and Delete. Restart IE. Tools > Options > Pop-up blocker > Turn off popup blocker, this latter is just a temporary try.
Make sure you don't have any other add-ons blocking stuff.

I am not able to access my Bank's website on my windows 10 machine since day before yesterday. ... I am redirected to the login page again with the below error message:

“Sorry, your session on this machine expired. To re-login, please enter your user information, otherwise for increased security please close your browser”

    Currently, I have IE 11 version 11.48.17134.0, update version 11.0.65 (KB4103768).
I tried uninstalling the aforementioned KB, but getting the message "The update KB4103768 is not installed on this machine".
No, but KB4103768 was issued on 8 May, same date as Cumulative Update KB4103721 Windows 10 v1803 Build 17134.48. In Windows 10 the updates for IE are included in the cumulative update. You could try uninstalling KB4103721 to remove the IE updates along with all the rest.

An alternative is to try the F12 Developers Tools and on the Emulation tab choose to emulate an earlier version of IE. You can emulate any version from IE6 to IE10. Try the lowest version your bank claims to support.

All my colleagues are able to access the website on their personal machines with no issues
Do they have Windows 10? If so, have they had KB4103721 yet? If not using Windows 10, have they had KB4103768?
