    Sort by flag - Outlook.com


    I'm using the web-based outlook.com and can't seem to sort my email and put the flagged emails at the top. I can filter everything out except flagged, and I can go to "sort by", but flagged isn't an option. Sorting by importance doesn't do it either. This seems like a pretty basic function, but I'm not figuring it out.Sort by flag - Outlook.com-screenshot-3-.png

    Hi gdgates.

    Something changed a while back when I noticed my flagged items not on the top. Now if you "Pin" items they go to top.

    At least mine do.

    So my next dumb question is "how do I pin an email"? I've only done that on my phone.

    In a browser you either right click on an email in inbox or click on three dots (on right) when you are in email and click "Pin"

Red Flag Office 10

I have Windows 10 with Microsoft Office 10 - 2001. Somehow I have red flags showing against a couple of my e-mails. Can anyone please tell me how to cancel the red flag as I can see no reason for them being there. Kind regards, RonBin
