Well in that case it could only be a hardware issue. I wouldn't know how to diagnose that. Maybe suspect graphics card or something.
Other option to test. Grab a copy of this:
Hekasoft Backup & Restore Download
Use it to backup your current FF Profile. Save profile backup to a handy folder:
Then download a copy of my profile backup - see attached. Unzip to a new folder on your desktop.
Close Firefox.
Run Hekasoft Backup & Restore and restore to my profile Attachment 184139 and see if you still get the problem.
Use it to restore Mozilla Firefox Test.backup from file.

Well it's nothing to do with Firefox then I'm afraid. It must be something else causing the issue. Perhaps check your page file.
WinKey + R then type sysdm.cpl press Enter.
Advanced Tab > Performance > Settings > Advanced Tab
Virtual Memory > Change
Set to Auto Manage for all page files (if not set already)
Well firefox writes to disk (page file) if not configured to only use RAM so fixed or small page file might just be an issue. If you don't want to check it's your call. If you know what is not the problem perhaps you could list everything that you have ruled out.
In the meantime see if this launches any faster: Basilisk web browser
