A couple of things. What's your antivirus and does it have SSL scanning? If so disable SSL scanning temporarily or else import the certificate if missing.

I had the problem with Kaspersky with various browsers.

Here's FF SSL settings from my machine for comparision.

Also try changing DNS to see if it makes any difference.

Just to be clear: SSL connection scan by Kaspersky Anti-Virus version 6.0.4.x

You can get the same problem with BitDefender SSL Scanning and a few other AV's.

Hmmmmmmmmmm, progress of a sort. There was no way to turn off anything in my A/V. I'm using Bitdefender Free. BUT, I turned it off completely and went straight to the site. In both Edge and Firefox. So I guess I need to change A/V's. Thanks for the tip!

Okay glad you found out what the problem is. I don't know how to fix BiDefender. With Kaspersky you just need to import the certificate into each browser used to avoid the problem.

Maybe research to see if you can do the same in BitDefender without disabling SSL scanning.
