    attaching files to email

I have lost the ability to right click on a photo and choose to send it to an email address. The process starts correctly but Outlook doesn't open a new email as it used to. I could do this previously, went on holiday, came back and could no longer do it. so I don't see that I did anything wrong. Thank you

    Welcome to Ten Forums, Rosemary.

Which version of Windows 10 are you using (Fall Creators Update or an Insider Program version?) and are you using the Microsoft Office Outlook or Outlook.com? Also, it might help if you complete the specifications on My Computer so we'll know enough to help you.

I'm using Insider Preview Build 17083 and MS Office Outlook and just tried it. I right clicked a graphic, clicked on Send To, selected mail recipient. Attach popped up and I clicked on the Attach box at the bottom and Outlook popped up ready to finish and send.

Could it be that the photo is too large? Just a WAG.
