How do I enable flash player in Google Chrome

I am playing the Toreba Crane Game, and it seems that it needs adobe flash player on desktop (it works on mobile, but interface is too slow); I read and tried the tutorial to enable the flash player in microsoft edge, but that didn't work (did they remove it from edge, if so, dang). I now wish to try and re-enable google chrome's built in flash support, but for the life of me, I cannot get it working in google chrome's default settings, nor the chrome flag's menu, so I have to assume there's a workaround to this.

How do I get google chrome's built-in flash re-enabled (either through cmd or a reg file) so I can play this or any .swf file?

    Chrome.
3 dots > Settings > Advanced > Content settings... > Flash > Ask first. Or ADD to the Allow section.
    Use IE 11.
Edge works for me with the sites I use. A puzzle piece icon appears on Flash sites in the address bar RH end to enable Flash.
Some websites seem reluctant to give the Ask option.

the 1st link worked; but toreba sticks at the loading screen; trying this on internet explorer loads everything but the webcam footage of the crane game so I can't see if im doing anything or not

Check your drivers, specifically the display driver. May need to upgrade for gaming.

Also, check your internet connection for speed.

our internet is as good as plateau can give (wireless wise), my drivers are updated to the latest available; I got toreba working on internet explorer, but I still want to figure out how can I set it so all swf files play through google chrome when I set proper file associations instead of asking me to save it somewhere else, and when I drag and drop

the only workaround I had was this .html file that required me to put the full path and name of the swf file into it and run it; sure flash ran then, but constantly having to adjust the internal path-line quickly got to be a pain
