I am getting "Access Denied" when I try to get into my Capital One checking account using Internet Explorer 11.
Capital One says to use a different browser or delete cookies.
Can I delete cookies just for that one website?

There is an easy way to test if deleting cookies would help in IE11. Open an InPrivate browsing session, this will not use any of your existing cookies. Use Ctrl+Shift+P to open a new InPrivate window.
If that works, then deleting individual cookies in IE is difficult, but not impossible. Other browsers like Firefox let you selectively delete cookies, but for IE and Edge the built-in delete options are 'all or nothing'. For IE you can however open 'Internet options', on the General tab click the Settings button under 'Browsing history' then click 'View files'. This will open File Explorer at IE's INetCache folder. If you are lucky you should be able to recognise the cookies you are looking to delete from their internet address.
Alternatively, if you have CCleaner you can use that to selectively delete cookies across all your browsers at once. Or rather, on it's Options > Cookies page you can select all the cookies you need to keep (TenForums login cookies, for example) then delete all the rest. This is the only way I have found to selectively delete Edge's cookies.
