29 points is well within the margin of error.....even up to a couple hundred points.

The CPU score takes memory clock/timings, cache and core frequency into account. Motherboard can also play a part, as well as stability of the overclock.

In my case, probably having only 6 power phases, and no extra ones for the CPU Mosfet & chipset are also only passive cooled.

I ran Time Spy again. This time I used a curve on the GPU OC. The highest curve I could achieve without crashing was giving me about the same graphic score as before. This run (curve) gave me a 2101 core clock but I've seen that with an offset. So I increased the GPU memory from 500 to 550, as Vellinious mentioned to Cliff. That increased my graphic score to 8303.

But in these runs with the exact same CPU OC as I had before, my CPU score is down, now 29 points below Cliff's 4.9 OC. That makes sense to me, but why my CPU score went down doesn't. .

I think I will give up trying to figure it out.

Dude; new Time Spy score 7790.
