Turn off offset in voltage until you find a higher OC, set it to Override.
Like I said cache ratio should be 300MHz lower than your CPU ratio, you have CPUr: 47x and CACHEr: 46x(44 would be better, getting to close to CPUr cause instability) so when you try for 48x(4.8GHz) set CACHEr to 45
This Multicore enhancement, what other choices do you have(so I'll know the equivalent to MSI's)You may need to raise your voltage, but do not go over 1.45(I only have 6 VRMs, but...).
You are only looking for a stabile OC, and then can turn on all the energy saving stuff later, and that will keep the system cool.
Make sure you only use High Performance power option when bench marking, and looking for a higher OC, but for daily use, switch to Balanced(all setting set the exact same as High Performance, just that minimum CPU freq. is set to 5%
Also when looking for an OC turn off speedstepping(leave EIST on so Turbo Boost will work).
