This chip can't do all core at that speed unless LN2 is present
Most people can't get what i got out of it i learned in oc.net Tier clocking gives the best you'll get locked core will drop performance
i would like to have a 4.6 Ghz and layer them down 4.5 and 4.3 because the top 8 cores are the one's that hit 4.625Ghz while others clock down to 4.2ghz even worse when POB was on and temps would get hella insane that is why i had to switch coolers
Now that i used a different method it seems to be a better performance gainer ,I could be wrong but most people with Staggered overclocks broke 10k on Cinebench R20
