After reading your post, about Performance Test crashing after installing our Creators Update Cliff .....well I just had to try mine too. :) I didn't run all the tests I'll admit, but, it does not crash on my system at all. (64bit version.)
Plus besides having Windows latest update, I also just updated my bios about 3 days before we got the Creators Update. :)

I'll run all the tests later...still not 100% awake yet. :)

Update: Ran all the tests and had no crash ....did get a slightly lower score thou ....then my last run before our Creators Update.

Gotta get ready to go to work now, i just wanted to add, I tried a repair install of Creators Update, but that didn't help either.

Just upgraded my Home and Pro installations to version 1703 (OS Build 16170.1000) and Performance Test still runs OK.

Benchmarks are about the same as before.
