It would be worthwhile from a performance perspective going to 7800 MT/s ram from DDR4. Depends partly on whether or not the cost factor is included.
I bought that ram 4 months ago ....got everything I need except the MB I want.
While DDR4 DIMMs top out at 3.2 gig at transfers per second (GT/s) at a clock rate of 1.6 gigahertz (GHz), initial DDR5 DIMMs deliver a 50% bandwidth increase to 4.8 GT/s.
I don't agree at all Tommy ....but we'll see soon. Just waiting for the MB I am getting to get re-stocked. Already have everything else. Which includes a couple DDR5-7800 CL36-46-46-125 1.45V
I am saying from a perspective of paying $800+ dollars for a better board and ram i went out cheap doesn't mean i won't upgrade i am just surprised at how much DDR4 is hanging in there

I conducted a little benchmarking challenge with my buddies over at Google+ PC Gaming community between GTX 970 and its AMD counterpart R9 390 and I would like to share the result to those who are in the market for a mid-range GPU. If you are torn...
