Yeah i wanted to use Sli to it's full potential so i need those 40 lanes it was a bit pricey but if your going to dive in to the Deep end might as well do it right

6800k is a good price but yet they didn't give it the features of the 6850 and 6900 6950 kinda sad intel does these things there is no need to make a six core but yet give it 28 lanes for still half ass performance

Very true this is also the price premium for AMD's top chip so it's all good
