You can change affinity to high or realtime in Task Manager for Cinebench and usually get a nice bump. Try both and see if it works for you.
Open CB, go to task manager and right click CB for "go to details" and then change the priority setting

Makes it seem cinebench is locked up no render going on.
My experience is that high works better than realtime, I have seen others say the opposite.

Work is so busy I dont have any time to play around with it in the summer months.
I did just get a water block on my 3090 KP a couple nights ago, but no time for playing with that either. Too warm anyway.
