Macrium Reflect Home WinPE WADK problem

    Hello,

I have MR Home Edition ver 7.0.2 x64 with me in a Win 10 Pro ver1703 RS2 partition. Due to poor internet connection I cannot download the PE 5 (WADK) --for Win 8.1 and PE 10 (WADK) for Win10 component to make the appropriate WinPE for x64 Win10 (and Win 8.1). I also cannot use the download agent outside my home as the internet shops here so not allow any user to run an executable for security reasons(cannot bring the desktop also to the shop, its heavy).

Is there a way to make the WinPE for Win 10 x 64 ver 1703 using the install.wim? or from the Win 10 Pro ver 1703 ISO..?

As of the moment I am using the rescue disc but would like to create the WinPE for Win 10 (and for Win 8.1 if possible). I do not know much stuff about it also so please bear with me on this.

Is it possible to make a WinPE with just the install.wim...?

Or if not, and the PE10 (and PE5) is needed, can someone help me with an offline download link so I can download it from an internet shop and apply it at home...?

    Thank you!

NO. install.wim only contains Windows files/folders.
Win 8/10 ISO are built using WinPE to decompress install.wim to perform installation, you'd need the WAIK package.
Download this zip file from my Google drive (~422 MB)
    pe10_1607x64.zip - Google Drive
During creation of Rescue disk, change the PE version to whatever needed. When ask to download WAIK, click on browse and point to this file.
