Help with windows 10 black screen.

Hello, so I have abit of an issue. Last night I was updating some Graphics drivers (I have AMD A5 if that matters) and after this happened my computer screen just went black and has the little loading screen down the bottom. Now the weird part is that windows still exists behind this black loading screen. When I move my cursor around it changes as if I am going to click a link or move the task bar. Also, around the same time I also edited the windows registry for my graphics card settings and that may even be the cause for this strange issue.

I have a video linked below of what my computer bahaves like. Any help would be appreciated as I've found nothing else on this issue

Have you installed APU Driver not Desktop?

You can use system restore to recover previous driver, but safe mode will most likely not work, so use your Windows DVD/USB to boot to advanced startup and run system restore from there.

Yes I did download from that link. Whoops.
So if I were to download windows 10 onto a USB and put it into my computer, I'll be able to restore from that? I'm sorry for asking so many questions, never had an issue like this

Yes, it is always handy to have Windows disk around for emergencies like this one.
