did a disc clone instead of a system clone

Just got a new Lenovo computer and fitted an SSD. I then cloned it using EaseUS Todo backup free edition. I performed a disc clone when I should have used a system clone. The PC still works but the file system has changed, haven't tried to manually boot to the SSD as I now know it wont work. The SSD has the same stuff on it. Is there any way I can get the system back to as it was. I have tried Lenovo's recovery prog but it advises that it can't and to change back to the old file system. I'm pretty sure that all that has happened here is that the name of the hidden partitions have changed so it's default path no longer works.

I'm in a bit of a fix now...I am on my old PC so can't tell you what it says about the file system till I go on the other one.
I have disconnected the SSD and intend trying to find the recovery partition (the names of all of the partitions has changed) and download it to a usb stick. The PC has it's own link to this but clicking on this says the file system has changed... I have been thinking that if I take the SSD out and put it in a caddy that I may be able access the recovery partition from there. It's all a bit hit and miss I just don't want to bugger it all up.

If you didn't delete the OS on the HDD I would boot from the HDD and start over. Once booted into Windows on the HDD delete all the partitions on the SSD and start over. The HDD in the PC is fine and the cloneing was done with EaseUS Todo. The free version doesn't support a working bootable operating system but does support a disc clone which must be why all the hidden partitions and windows all had unrecognizable names. It also finished the job despite the fact that he SSD was only 250gb while the main HDD was 1gb but only has windows on on it. So now I am going to have another go tomorrow. Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
