I'm a bit confused here. What exactly do I do with this:

    icacls WindowsApps /grant “%USERDOMAIN%\%USERNAME%”

Do I leave it as “%USERDOMAIN%\%USERNAME%” or what?

I wonder if MS is trying to fix the GetOffice issue since I just noticed that since 3/16 that GetOffice has tried unsuccessfully to update 14 times failing with error 0x0070216. Only one of my 4 PCs is experiencing this issue. No good. Anyone else seeing this error?

Yes, leave it as is, they are variables that get replaced by each users actual values.

I haven't seen that error ... I grabbed Get Office from the store on Saturday just to see if they might have fixed it and it was still causing the System Restore issue. Even brought back the Wcifs issue for me

I noticed GetOffice successfully update on 3/16 on my other PCs so I just removed it on the problem PC with Powershell.

I can't use sysrestore at all due to this. Are they working on a fix?

Post #196 in this thread says that MS is working on a fix and gave this link:

    Hi possum2009.
I don't advise that you try to implement any of the fixes in this thread. Unless you're an experienced use and have a "spare" PC experiment on, you could inadvertently make things worse. Give MS a change to fix it right.

I dread the upcoming major update in April. I may (or may not) be a nightmare.

Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems (KB4013429) is downloading, but I see no mention about sysrestore.
