    Is there a way to backup Display Brightness settings, including the ones in Control Panel?

    Windows 7 uses Control Panel --> Personalization --> you can save a Theme, which I believe will save what you want.
    I hope your Windows 10 has something similiar, 'cause I've never used W10.
