No restore from Seagate. Windows task scheduler can't be started

1. I am trying to restore a file from a Seagate external drive. The backup seems to be working OK, but when I try to restore, I get a message "Windows Task Scheduler cannot be started. Please check if the Task Scheduler service is active before running a backup job." What do I do?

Please try the following:

1. Open an elevated Command Prompt by right-clicking on CMD.EXE shortcut in your start menu and selecting Run As Administrator from the context menu.
2. Type the following commands pressing Enter after each one:

   REG EXPORT HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Schedule %TEMP%\Schedule.reg
   REG ADD HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Schedule /F /V Start /T REG_DWORD /D 2
3. Reboot the computer.

Thank you for your help. I typed in the first line and received the following response after I pressed Enter: "File C:\Users\AppData\Local\Temp\Schedule.reg already exists. Overwrite (Yes/No)?" Should I answer Yes?
