System Image Problem

    Finally got it, had to shut down and unhook all, except Samsung. Reboot and checked, All OK c: now Disk 0. Shut down and plugged in "my Book", then reboot and checked, All OK:

    Proceeding with Diskpart

    Yes, there is software on both drives but I'm not sure what.

    Well done.
    Now which other disk was flagged as active? The Seagate one ?
    If so lets go for that one now.

    Probably some backup up software and more bloatware really. Up to you what you do with it but most of the time it's somewhat crippled and not really useful. Read: Addware etc.

    Either way, one down.

    Next one's is the Seagate, right ?

    Hi,

    That's up to you.

    Shall we attach the Seagate USB drive now ?

    The more I think about it the more I realize that this machine really has some odd bios. Still lets' clear what can be cleared.

    Can't eject the WD, says it is in use and a SCSI??? When I plug in the Hitachi, it goes to drive 0 again????

    OK, went and unplugged everything and put back one at a time. After this, I'll plug in the CD's.

    I'll reboot and see if configuration is still good.
