    i actually rebooted when i reinstalled my antivirus programs that i use.

    So after I deleted windows.old (disk cleanup didn't work so I did it manually) i went to do something else and one of my programs froze. I couldn't get task manager to work So I just rebooted. Here's where my bigger problems begin. I get past the Windows logo screen and I get stuck on a yellow-orangeish screen with a loading circle for what seems like forever. I get to the login screen and I login. Then my screen goes black and I only have my mouse cursor. I have a few solutions I'm gonna try but honestly I wish I would have just stuck with the non working apps build of win10 that I had.

    See if you can run a hard drive test and memory test.

    Well I'm in windows repair with cmd. Can I do it with that?


    edit: i managed to boot to safe mode but when i try to access the file browser it says windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. ideas?
