They have responded to non payers before, people have posted on this forum about it.
I don't think it is unreasonable to limit access though.
They have offices and staff (just down the road from me in fact...) so they need to maximise their revenue stream.
Out of all the free services I use MR is probably at the top of the list of those I would pay for in future.
There was no problem like mine listed in any topic on their forum so I wanted to warn them but it's their loss.

Where did you get that number?

Somewhere on the net stats, don't remember now but that's only for this years sales.
Anyway. I already got an answer from MR support. All basic questions like if I'm sure I'm doing it right, W10 and MR versions etc.
I answered it with all data and my attempts to solve the problem. This will most probably be over regular supports head. They'll have to dig much deeper.

Out of all the free services I use(d), Macrium is the number one and the reason why I bought it. To provide such a great program with so many options for free, I had to buy it and support their effort - they deserve every penny.

Yeah, I know it's best, that's why I'm trying to get it solved, most other SW behaving like that would end up as a sacrifice to Revo Uninstaller.
The problem is tied to BIOS version for new Ryzen processors and soon there will be thousands of those. Sales start July 7th and it promises to be very popular with performance at least tied with best Intel and at lower price. Since Ryzen came out, it now has 64% of CPU market. Macrium would be wise not to loose it.
WOW! That's amazing! They certainly won't want to pass on this!

Thanks, Count. That sums it up nice and tight. I probably have seen bits and pieces of the issue from your posts and elsewhere, but never really put that bottom line together. I can't see MR being blind to it, that would be a disaster for them.
Don't they visit this forum on occasion? Can't we get a message to them through here?

Since we seem to be staunchest supporters they should visit us sometimes and not wait for problems to be reported to them directly. Most people would not want to do job for them.

    How about this one?...Market Share
    Desktop Notebook Server Total
    % Units Intel 84.20% 87.90% 96.80% 90.41%
    % Units AMD 15.80% 12.10% 3.20% 9.59%
    % Revenue Intel 92.82% 94.50% 98.55% 95.64%
    % Revenue AMD 7.18% 5.50% 1.45% 4.36%
It's great that AMD are providing increasing competition to Intel (they might drop their prices...), but we need to be realistic about AMD's actual worldwide sales numbers and % market share (as opposed to their one German retailer sales numbers from your links, which all prominently state that glaring caveat).

That's total market share not Ryzen sales.
Anyway, more support from Macrium, trying couple of suggestions but those are for BOOT problems, not for my problem. First one didn't work.

Agree. I actually have an issue that I just discovered today....have to contact them somehow, as I'm sure my 1-year tech support is long over.
