Mike, I think your best bet is to open a ticket to Macrium (even for the free version)
My personal experience with them has been great. Just be as descriptive as possible (with screenshots, if possible and complete system specs).
Within a couple of days you will receive feedback.
The last time I had opened a ticket, I got a hotfix version of Reflect, within 48 hours!!!
These guys are the best support team, giving great value to their excellent software!
    Good luck
Yes. I will do that, if nothing else to alert them to this problem as they could loose a lot of customers soon. Newest Ryzen is poised to be very popular system soon.

I agree. Just pay attention. Don't open a thread in the forums (that helps a lot, too), but use this link to submit a ticket

Sorry Count for my intrusion again, but I didn't get this one. What's with the newest Ryzen that would make MR loose a lot of customers. As you know I am still following your case to see how it is going to be resolved.

Tnx for the reference, but I will read it when I get back. For now, I have to run some errands... LOL

A few days ago I recreated the Rescue Media on my usb pen drive. I checked that it booted fine without actually performing a restore. All seemed to work ok but the generated log file in C:\ showed a couple of errors.

    Code:
    Macrium Reflect Boot Log
    ------------------------

    Started 18/06/2019 8:54 PM v7.2.4325

DrvLoad: Unable to load x:\drivers\usb\ven_1033_dev_0194\usbxhci.inf (Error 0xe000022f).

DrvLoad: Unable to load x:\drivers\usb\ven_8086_dev_1c26\usbehci.inf (Error 0xe000022f).

I assume these usb drivers are associated with two devices attached to my pc (wi-fi dongle and xbox controller dongle) but it should not have any negative effect on preforming and completing a image restore right?

I ask because I do backups often but it's been almost two years since I actually needed to do a restore on this system, which worked perfectly.

Right, if errors were generated by Rescue Media they are only important when booting from it. If those were generated because of those two USB dongles, only they will not be available when booted to RM.

pliskken If your storing your Backup Macrium images on a NAS system or Cloud storage, you need to include your WiFi dongle drivers if you need access to them.

Thanks for the heads up, but backups are only on internal hdds and external usb drives. How exactly would you add additional device drivers to the Rescue Media/Windows PE?
