I don't know why, Keith, but I can't seem to get there from here.

    Edit: Got it figured out.

Thanks. So much for the Patch Process. Now I get to re-do all 6 again!

EDIT: Just finished doing a repair install over top of the patched, and it also fixed the GSOD for mounting images.

The one thing Macrium could improve on is their User Interface. It's not entirely obvious how to do things like this. Took me a while to figure this one out too.

It does make for somewhat of a learning ordeal. I've spent a good bit of time exploring and finding my way around in there, only to forget where something is next time I'm looking for it. Thank goodness for the "definition file", at least I don't have to redo that every time. And in their defense, I have struggled with worse program menus over the years.

Followed advice here to uninstall and re-install my 7.2 free ver. That made a pleasant difference.

What a problem before that, though. It was stuffing up access to my NAS backup drive and wouldn't mount a backup as it said Windows didn't have access......etc .

Fingers crossed it continues to do the amazing job it has been doing for years!

Hey and thanks @kado897. That page is bookmarked and I do frequent it for a little light reading.
