    Since the install of 7.2.3811 my restart time is now 2.5 minutes. This is not good.

    count Mike, I was the one who posted about the fltmc fix......unfortunately I have not been able to run it successfully.
    I have tried power shell and command prompt with administrator properties but I always get error message.

    if I run other attributes with fltmc they work only one that doesn't work for me is unload.
    Yes, works only once for that session and if you try second time in same session it shows error. Every time windows are started, command has to be entered again, that's why I'm trying to autostart batch file with it.
    I start it from command prompt (admin) from right click menu on desktop, just the command, no prefixes.
    This is my batch file as of now:

    @Echo off
    ::starting MR fix
    fltmc unload wcifs
    pause
    exit

    I created a Ticket with MR and they are aware of this issue. They had me remove CBT and now My Boot Time is back to 25 seconds or so. Just modify it in add/remove programs then reboot a couple times.

    If you don't do many incrementals then CBT is pointless. I removed it some time ago and didn't include it this time.

    True, no benefit at all if not doing incrementals. FWIW - I tested it, and what would normally take around 1:30 to do a 1GB incremental w/verify ran in 23 seconds.

    I just installed v7.2 (no ViBoot) on my Desktop PC and my shut down time has increased from c 5 secs to 50 secs! There seems to be a problem. Where can you find v7.1 to revert?

    TBH - CBT is really geared to the server market. For the normal home user, it is of marginal benefit. It is fast though - the incrementals take half the time. However, I do turn it off as I rarely do incremental s except when I want to test something quickly eg a regedit change that I am less sure about.
