Wired network works from word GO in both modes PE(USB) and RE. There was some question during the making of PE and RE about looking for some drivers first.
New image made and verified bot GSOD with mounting it is still there although with that fix (fltmc unload wcifs) works.

When I made my rescue disk on a New usb drive, it had to d/l a 900+ MB file 1st before it made my PE usb But everything works fine right now.

Actually it seems to be only the Win10 PE that has the issue. It works fine using RE so I'll stick with that.

PE is much slower due to slower media, maybe that's why.

Anyway, any DOS wizards around here? To make a batch file to run that command and start MR after that ?

When you create a new recuse media is it better to format the recuse media drive first?

I never have. MR will do it if it needs to.
