So were mine, and always worked like it should. Only changes from last backup (with verification) were new RAM and new BIOS installed, any of them could be a culprit. Can't flash old BIOS any more because of AGESA code change and old RAM is not with me any more. This BIOS has 10 slots to remember various OC steps so it's pretty easy to go back to defaults and back to OC when needed. I do mostly 1 full backup a week so not much work.

I did because at the Time MR's free version was not so good, I never have had any problems with MR Paid.

I do not think so, The license should be good as long as it does not update to 7.2.XXXX

Yes, you can transfer the MR license so long as you remove the license on the previous pc first. I had to do this to transfer MR home from my laptop to my desktop.

I bought the Home version for 20% off just to support the dev's as there great program saved me so many times more than cruddy System Restore.

One question though Home lets you compress your backup. It sets it to medium. I think the free version only chose low. I changed it to high but it took a minute longer to backup. Is it worth it or is it better to leave it at medium.

Personally I'd suggest leaving it at that unless you're really short on disk space. HDDs are dirt cheap nowadays anyhow.

Thanks. I changed it back to medium. I compared a backup from the free version set to medium and I notice only a few MB difference.

Have to agree with that.

I also bought a 4-pack, because their software is just so good, I have to support them. :)
