Macrium Reflect Patch Details
Hi
Having been using Macrium Reflect for a couple of days now, I hsve just had a very odd "pop up" appear..
I have it set to do an incremental backup at 8PM every night except Monday... the day it does the differential or full backup..
When it did the incremental last night it just got to the end and and came up with "backup complete" Nothing has changed as far as I know apart from the update from Macrium earlier today, but when it finished tonight a box popped up asking me if I wanted to suspend my PC or it was going to suspend my PC which I clicked cancel.
Why has this appeared? and how can i stop it? looked under defaults and in advanced properties for the back up plan and power saving is not set to do this..
I have asked on the Macrium forum and they asked me to check the advanced properties for the back up plan :) waiting to hear what they say....
Anyone else have this issue after the latest update? mine was OK prior to this..
Thanks
Stuart

Stuart,
This is the Advanced Settings page they are referring to. Check yours to make sure this is not selected, either intentionally or accidentally. I just tried a backup with it set to Suspend, and it did in fact display a countdown screen and green progress bar for about 10 seconds, before suspending. Your system must support sleep and/or hibernation in order for this to work. Mine supports both, so I can't test what would happen if it did not support those power modes.

That's the thing... I have looked in there and default and it is set not to do it... very strange...
