    Hi,

I also found you can delete the drive letter mappings so they are not visible in Windows in normal course of events.
I do that as well but sometimes UEFI has difficulties recognizing the bootable partition.
    YMMV.

    Cheers,

    Macrium Reflect v7.0.2134

    Date 12th April 2017

    Bug Fixes v7.0.2134 - 12th April 2017:

    Scheduled task hang
Scheduled tasks could hang if the target drive for the backup was unavailable. This has been resolved.
    Very slow backups
Some customers have experienced reported transfer rates of low mb/s or kb/s during disk Image backups. This has been resolved.
    ReflectMonitor HotKey
The keyboard letter used to launch ReflectMonitor would fail to change from the default 'M' when changed in the registry. This has been resolved.

Every few days is just getting totally ridiculous for a released product.
I can see Beta or Alpha, but this is just stupid.
I'm glad I'm still on version 6 and STABILE!!!
Having to reupdate the recovery media every few days must suck too.

Clam down Cliff, I've been using version 7 since its release, and have restored some of my backups a few times since then. I've never had a problem after restoring any of my image backups. :) Updating the recovery media don't take me long.

I agree - the bugs they are picking up are pretty obscure for most users. I have found it works fine.

The freebie version of Macrium is all I need. Bugs should get mostly ironed out before 7 freebie is available. Until then, 6 is still reliably chugging along with no problems. :)

I posted that it was updated and my post is gone.. Maybe you people would rather MR wait to fix bugs? They fix them as they find them.

That is what I thought until I discovered Rapid Delta Restore which is in Home versions - also I had had a long standing issue about screen resolution and only seeing main drive when booting from usb which got sorted by Macrium Support (you do not get support with free version). This upgrade was well worth it imo.
