If a fix for ReFS is all there is, and I'm already on 4433, I'll wait till tomorrow to do all of it. No hurry.

They usually do. Messing with the file system, as this one, that's not unusual.

Correction on my last post about this. It didn't need a reboot. Probably because I was already on 4433 when I got 4440. You had 4433, and went back to 4325, then up to 4440. When I did 4433 a couple of weeks ago, it did require a reboot. So, most should not need one, but depends on the individual setup. I know if you still use the CBT (I don't, trashed canned it), reboot is required.

I don't have the paid version, so none of that stuff on here that should require a reboot, but EVERY Macrium update has required me to reboot since I got it.

ok, that's why I said "it depends". I had to last time, not this time. For , I believe, the reasons stated. Not many got and kept the 4433. Most everybody had the 4325, so if you look at the changes in the log for 4433 and 4440, that's what most people just got. Those would certainly require a reboot.

I just got this on 4 PCs, and when I do the 'Create Rescue Media,' it says "WMI file not found, update boot menu now?" and it fails with the error "Failed to generate WinPE WIM: Failed to create the staging area." Same error on all 4 PCs, two BIOS, one UEFI.

    - - - Updated - - -

so though I couldn't update the rescue media on all 4 PCs I updated, it does let me create it from scratch after removing the boot menu.

I updated yesterday to .4440, no issues. Just created a rescue media without issues.
