New Macrium Reflect Updates

After update to the new Reflect I find that when using Quicken 2019 that when I try to backup quicken I get BSOD with error of MRCBT.sys...

My research says this error is a conflict with Reflect; to test I uninstalled Reflect and then quicken behaves correctly...

Did a fresh install of Reflect and the problem is back in that backing up my quicken file causes the same BSOD....

This is also a pretty fresh install of the latest Win10 Pro and a pretty lean system.... so if any of you have a similar problem and have found a solution I would appreciate your recommendations...

For now I plan on opening a support ticket with Macrium....

MRCBT.sys I think is the changed block tracker. As an experiment you might want to try turning that off.

Before you go to the trouble of re-install, try just flicking the switch off. Other tasks>Edit Defaults>Advanced>Advanced Incrementals. Uncheck the CBT box.

Thanks Tomcat..... but I had already uninstalled Reflect...

I did reinstall it and this time during the install I unchecked the option for the CBT drivers and all seems fine between Quicken and Reflect again.... made an image and then did a restore off the new Rescue USB and all work perfectly....

Not sure what I am loosing with not having the CBT drivers so I will have to do some research now...

CBT is only of value if you do Incremental Backups. Saves some time. About a minute. Only benefit.

NO connection whatsoever with the Image Guardian feature. That should be on.
