is nesscessary have enabled all autorun Macrium Free processes?
And what those processes do?

Of those you list I only have ReflectUI.exe listed in Task Manager's Startup apps. I have disabled it with no adverse effects on making or restoring my backups. Now if you use Macrium's scheduler to run backups at a set time then you should leave them alone. ReflectMonitor.exe is required for scheduling and was introduced in Reflect v7. I only make manual backups, I have nothing scheduled in Reflect which probably explains why I don't have those other two startup tasks.

What I do have is the Macrium Service shown as running in Services. According to its description in the Services app it is necessary:
Provides scheduling and communication services for Macrium Reflect and associated products.
This is a required service that should not be disabled or turned off.
Only if you want to run scheduled tasks.
All disabled here, backups run manually if/when required. Update checks still done each time you (manually) run MR.
