    8.0 was the last Free version. Reflect v8.1 Trial will revert to a 'Restore Only' version at the end of the 30 day trial. I tested that when v8.1 was first released.

    Just to be clear,
    After the 30days you wouldn't be able to backup a particular drive anymore but able to restore that drive, if you imaged/cloned the drive within the 30days, correct?

    Yes, that is correct. Up to v8.0 Reflect Trial would revert to Reflect Free after 30 days. Staring with v8.1 you can only restore existing backups after the trial ends.
