Can't boot into Macrium Recovery RE but PE works OK

I would like to add Macrium Recovery (RE) to my Windows boot menu, but it fails to boot. PE does work.

When booting into RE, it is very slow. After five minutes it reaches the stage, 'Setting high performance power mode' and then reverts to the Windows boot menu.

I have been discussing this on the Eleven forum but realise it's better her.

Has anyone else had this issue? I am in contact with Macrium Support.

Hi, based on limited experience of that with V8, no issues. I've not heard of that either FWIW.

As you have a license, Macrium reps are the experts.

Having a MR boot menu is an option. It's very far from essential.

It really does not matter that much. The main feature with WinRe is that you can backup over wifi.

    It also uses less storage.

Well, it matters to me! I have paid for it, and I want it to work. Macrium emailed me today to say they are still working on it.

Macrium told me it was impossible to boot into a 32-bit RE, so I had to send them a screenshot.

I guess you're using the 32 bit version of MR.. and did you spot the possible oxymoron.. i.e. as you have a 32 bit O/S, if they believe that, then shouldn't the program prevent you attempting to configure it...?

No, because they suggested I add the PE to my Windows boot menu.

Ok, if they're that confused, I doubt anyone here can 'unconfuse' you... - you can perhaps hope that someone with a 32bit O/S might share their experience.
@Bree- have you ever tried this on a 32 bit O/S? Thanks!

Well I do have 32 bit Windows 10 on my test machine, System Two below. Until today it's been happily running Reflect Free v7 (and can boot from its Reflect WinRE). I've just tested upgrading that to the latest Reflect Free v8.0.7783 (32 bit), rebuilt the WinRE boot menu, and booted from it without any issues.
