On my 32-bit Windows 10 22H2 ISO there are six copies of winre.wim.
You extracted the same file 6 times. It appears in all 6 images but there is only one. Wim files have single instance storage.

But my ASUS is 32-bit; I downloaded the ISO from MS only yesterday.

winre.wim is 3562 not 3803 so it might not be different from the winre you have

Macrium has thrown the towel in and suggest I use PE. They never took up my offer of sending them logs. I'm very disappointed they did not suggest what forum members did.

    - - - Updated - - -

The final email from Macrium said, "After discussing this with the team, they have suggested staying with Windows PE, this is due to the the RE rescue media being local to the host. If PE is working then the issue is not with the actual rescue media but the win RE base."

They did not mention winre.wim, nor suggest updating it. My licenses were purchased in Nov '22, so I don't get the full support any more.
