restore points gone

Not something I've experienced recently, but I have seen this happen quite a while back.

It is normal after a major feature upgrade - but there's not been one for a long time and no more expected for Win 10.

(I've no idea which updates are 'recent' for you of course).

Ms will do it if your points are old system files have changed due to update so they are useless as they would put wrong system files back
