A rumour by definition is not reliable.

I am not aware of any talk of V9 yet. I doubt we will hear anything till next year.

Reflect v5 had a 4 year life before the next version, v6 lasted 2 years, and v7 for 4 years. Reflect v8 has been around for a couple of years. Based on that it could be up to 2 years before there's a v9, or it could be tomorrow. I've not seen any rumours yet, so I'm betting on the long option.

At one time, I was part of their Beta testing team (V7 to V8), but I did not get invited after V8 came out.

I do not know if members even get invited any more?

You often got a sniff of what was to come from posts here by Beta testers. Not heard a dicky-sausage!
