    Macrium Reflect Altternative?

I know there's a bunch of alternatives out there for macrium reflect, and i know the company is retiring the free edition. i won't be removing macrium reflect from my computer just because of the notice i got during my updating of macrium reflect, i wont jump the gun there, but just for the record, are there any alternatives to macrium reflect (free edition) that still work with computers running windows 10 (or 11) that tenforums staff/users would recommend?

Hi, great you're using disk imaging.

Please be aware: this topic is beginning to recur.

It sounds as if you know the ones typically mentioned. After that, it's really your choice- what you feel comfortable with, and what options are essential to you if staying with a free version. That varies from program to program. Only you can decide that.

Aomei Backupper is Chinese (all Chinese companies, by Chinese law, must render data as required to Chinese authorities).
That said, it's quite popular and has an easy GUI. The free option offer is slightly different to Macrium R Free so you need to decide.

MR paid is reckoned 'the best'.
Then there are Veeam Endpoint, Easeus Todo Backup...

O&O DiskImage (German)- sometimes has lifetime giveaways of the previous major version.

    Hello BrokenDaily

After trying AOMEI and Macrium Reflect (both paid) and being let down, I'm currently on O&O Diskimage with Paragon, EaseUS and Acronis reserved for future options.

Edit: I just checked and it appears that Paragon has a free edition

Though I can't vouch for the effectiveness of the product as I have never used it myself.

I've heard this many times but have yet to see proof, could you supply some?

Another program worth mentioning is Hasleo.

Best of luck relying on Chinese software. I'm content to pay for my Reflect licences and support UK business.
