    You can try a restore point, if you have one.

    Maybe there is a way to reinstall UserExperience, but I don't know how.

    I do backup regularly so...
    I fixed this by resetting my windows with "cloud download" (I tried "local reinstall", and it won't help)
    backup before you do this.

    I think this is the command to restore the removed components. I tried it a couple months back and it worked,
    I can't vouch for anything more recent than that.
    Code:
    DISM.exe /Online /add-capability /CapabilityName:Windows.Client.ShellComponents~~~~0.0.1.0
