And have you tried Revo Uninstaller as I suggested?

Yes. Tried a slew of uninstallers (Revo, bloatbox, bulk crap uninstaller, ccclean, hibit uninstaller, etc), Google searched for 'hacks', reddit, etc prior to posting. The uninstallers don't have any entry for 'Windows Backup'.

Just to check- you have to click Windows Apps on the left to see UWP apps..

    (Note- that's Revo U v4)

Beyond that I'd suggest you're into hacking the content of the Windowsapps folder.
How to Access the Protected WindowsApps Folder on Windows

@mrc00l88 With that open, I suppose you could then even try Revo Uninstaller's Hunter Mode..

    Alternative approach:
Use Open Shell (free, excellent) as your Start Menu. All UWP Apps are in a separate folder, so unless you go there, you won't see it.

(With that installed you can still use the Win 10 Start Menu).

Try Powershell as Administrator and look for recently installed packages:
    dism /online /get-packages

    (then on one single line:)
    Remove-WindowsPackage -Online -PackageName "Microsoft-Windows-UserExperience-Desktop-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.19041.3393"

I don't if you're using Microsoft-Windows-UserExperience-Desktop-Package only as an example, but removing that package will revert most of the current W10 desktop features.

The 1st command doesn't list anything I can see related to Windows Backup.

    Just leave well alone.

It appeared with a Windows Update that installed Tuesday.

No option to uninstall or open file location..
I just noticed this thread and I have the windows backup app in my start menu. I'm on Windows version19045.3448. I don't know when I got the .3448

Now are we going to get Windows notifications to perform an update? I got one the other day, closed it and didn't think nothing of it.
