I just want to backup system drive with drivers on it on like external usb pen drive or ssd.So which program/option would you suggest me?

What's the "used space" on your system drive?
How big is your USB pen drive?

If you just want to export your drivers...

It would help me help you, if you posted a screenshot of Disk Management.

    Maybe I wasn't clear earlier.
The bootable rescue media is tiny, and will be created by the backup software, on a USB pen drive.
For example... this is how AOMEI Backupper creates the bootable rescue media...
Create Windows PE or Linux Bootable Media Easily

There's two basic parts to backup software...
    1. The program itself.
    2. The bootable rescue media (so you can access your backups, even if Windows won't boot).

    1. You just install the main program on your System drive... it's not that big.
    2. You use the Tools section in the main program to create the rescue media on a USB pen drive.
    3. You then use the main program to make a backup.
    4. You can "save" the backup wherever you want. On another internal drive, on an external drive, on a large USB pen drive.
    5. Once you have a backup made and saved... then you can play around with your "other" Windows install.
    6. IF... you need to go back to the first Windows install, just restore the backup you made.
    7. You can restore that backup to any drive or partition that's big enough to hold it.
    8. You can even "overwrite" an existing Windows install, with the backup.

To image your system drive you should image ALL partitions comprising your O/S.

Put another way, if you overwrite your system drive or it fails, how would you restore your system if you only imaged the Windows partition?

You really need to understand what you're doing and the consequences when planning an O/S installation and how it will then be securely backed up in a manner that is the least trouble to install.

Aomei Backupper has a much easier to use GUI than Macrium Reflect, but is from a Chinese company. Whilst most English is pretty good, and the free offering is quite comprehensive, error messages last I knew can be a bit obscure.
