Moving a Reflect Licence to a New PC

I decommissioned my old desktop PC and forgot to remove the Reflect licence. Will the license activate when Reflect is installed on the new PC or do I need to ask Macrium to reset the licence?

I found Reflect support always to be very helpful. Provided you have proof of purchase, like an order number and you explain the situation to them I suspect they will be happy to reset your license.

Having to remove or deactivate licenses before resinstalling Windows is not a very elegant process, but very common and I think they undersstand that.

Don't know about Macrium but several other software programs I have allow you to logon to your users page, which contains a list of devices on which the software is installed.

You can remove a device, which then frees up the multi-license software for another (replacement) device.

Well, it will normally just activate and all will be fine. If any issues call customer support - they have a chat facility. They are usually very helpful.
