Sorry for my ignorance but I need to ask to know, I made a full back up of my 67 gb of data 2 months ago and every 2 weeks I do an incremental back up. Now I have ended up with 200 gb of back up, but my main data is only 67 gb. i run out of space

If i want want to restore, should I use the last incremental backup or the full backup? I did follow the tutorial butneed to ask/

The behaviour suggest your 67GB of data has changed. To restore, you pick the incremental backup for the date you want, and it uses the previous ones and the original full to do its job. I suggest you start again by making another full backup.
Is your 67GB of data on an HDD? Do you have scheduled optimisation turned on in Defragment and Optimise drives?
An incremental includes all the changes since the last backup, be that a Full or Incremental. If you defragment an HDD then you have changed the sectors occupied by your files, even if the files themselves have not changed. These are changes that have to be included in an Incremental. For my HDDs I turn off scheduled optimisation and only defrag them just before the next Full backup.
You can restore to any date for which you have an Incremental. Restore the Incremental of your choice and Reflect will restore the Full and all Incrementals up to and including the one you chose.another guestion:

Note that if there's a major Windows upgrade, much changes, so the next image file can be much bigger than normal. Ater any major upgrade it's a good idea to start a new imaging routine starting with a new full image.
How do you start your incremental backup?
Do you have a backup definition file and retention rules set appropriately?
If you examine your backup disk, how many full backup image files do you see?
How many incremental image files?
Note that as you are able to use incremental imaging with MR, you must have a license. Therefore you can post on Macrium Reflect's own forum.
Just chiming in -
If you have a fast system and Macrium Reflect 8.1, it is probably easier just to do a full backup.
It's worth the money, if you can afford it.
