    Backup -- "Restore Your File With History"


    Hi

    After my USB harddrive is setup to automatically backup using File History, can I still use this USB harddrive for other purpose?

    I see that in the USB harddrive, there is only a directory called FileHistory.

    Win-10-Pro
    10.0.19044 Build 19044

    Also, can I use this same USB harddrive to backup another Windows-10 laptop?

    As far as I know you could, but note the effect of disconnecting it - file history backs up on a schedule you choose:

    I have a drive which was used for File History & Macrium images on Win 10, so yes you can store other files on a FH drive.
