Will sysprep remove WinGet and other UWP apps?
If I've generalized the image with the sysprep utility, will it still contain the WinGet Package Manager downloaded and installed from the Microsoft Store?

Partially answered here.

Sysprep does not play well with 3rd party uwp apps or uwp apps not part of base installation.
You often have to delete them, then re-sysprep.
Actually, there is no real need to run sysprep these days. Back in the days of crappy Windows 7, it was required as it often could not reconcile its installed drivers with hardware if multiple driver choices. The same partly applied to 8 to a lesswr degree.
W10/11 are far superior at handling hardware changes and reconciling drivers. I just make a custom iso of an existing device and inject drivers for new device.
I do not have to faff around uninstalling and reinstalling uwp apps.
