Thanks, I thought that would be the most likely explanation. The initial 'premature' release notes gave the release date as 19th February.

Looks like the story is repeating itself. New notes again, but nothing to be found when checking for updates.

I hope this means I won't have to squint and go blind when booted to the Rescue PE.

We've optimized the size of some UI elements for 800x600 screen resolution in the Windows PE rescue media.

When I just checked my Macrium Reflect I'm on version 8.1.7387 with no new updates offered.

This seems to be a repeat of what happened with 8.1.7387. There are now release notes for 8.1.7400, but that's all. If it follows the same pattern then we should see the actual patch released in a few day's time.
