But let me double-check my principal question - has anyone here actually run Macrium's "Fix Windows boot problems" in a dual-booting PC and it did not mess with the dual-booting?

Cereberus - After I modified my BIOS per the Tachytelic article I cite to, my Win 7 Pro 64-bit will not start even in my original HDD. (My Win 10 Pro 64-bit does start from the HDD.)

Question - When I modified my BIOS per the Tachytelic article, especially when I added the line for NvmExpressDxe_Small into the BIOS per that article, does my BIOS now expect to find the NVMe drivers in my Win 7 and so (even in my original HDD) my Win 7 startup hangs because Win 7 doesn't have them yet?

I have. It does not mess up dual booting. It shows you the installed operating systems and asks which ones you want to include in the boot menu.
