Tune up plus results were good.

Diskparinfo displayed: Windows RE status: Disabled.
    There were no hidden partitions.

Open administrative command prompt and copy and paste: (all at one time)

    reagentc /info
    reagentc /enable
    reagentc /info

    Type:

    ctrl + a
    ctrl + c

Paste results into this thread typing:

    ctrl + v

So Macrium doesn't need those partitions?
Hi, you're confusing two different things.

    a. Which partitions Windows needs for particular functions
(and which partitions you actually have depends on how you have configured your O/S - whilst the Recovery partition can always be deleted, Windows sill still boot normally- the lack of a Recovery partition means you don't have all the Advanced Startup options readily available to you- and to have those you'd need to boot from a Win 10 install disk).

Typically a UEFI installation has 4; BIOS /legacy MBR systems have fewer. The actual number can be different in some cases.

Note that for a UEFI installation, Disk Management does not show the smallest of these partitions. To do that, you need to use a 3rd party partition manager.

    and
    b. What Macrium Reflect does.

Macrium Reflect simply images the partitions you choose... whichever they may be.
I.e. in normal use it creates a file containing a compressed copy of the used parts of the partitions you have selected.

I tried this in Win 10 Macrium and it crashed the computer and then I tried it using my Macrium Recovery CD and that got an "unknown error".
Suggest you start by checking your disk: get a copy of Hard Disk Sentinel (full functional trial), portable version available- valid for SSDs, great informative comment right on its GUI.

As for Macrium support: if you have a licensed copy, they have a responsive forum.
You can also search for answers yourself.

    The Windows version is 1909.

Were there failures to upgrade or did you use software to block upgrades?

Did you want to upgrade now?

I was able to successfully image my C drive under Win 10. I closed Chrome which was using a lot of memory when it crashed. I also fixed Chrome's memory problem. So thanks - all is well!

Not using BitLocker. So Macrium doesn't need those partitions?
    Correct.
