EasUS Todo Backup 2022 - notes

Hi. I'm currently using the free version - build 20220801.

I previously used an older version of the program and when I created a backup I was able to add notes such as the time & date of the backup, which external drive it was on etc.

When I do a backup via the latest version I can find nowhere to put any notes. Has this disappeared or is it hidden away in the deep recesses somewhere ??

    Thanks.

    (Windows 10 Pro).

    Hi,
Sorry for the inconvenience caused by the disappearance of the note function. It is canceled but will be added again in 2023 version.

    Thanks John.

I did get an email back from Easus saying you can put a description in the field labelled 'New Backup' (when you create a backup). That's not the same thing because that field is indeed the filename of the backup and it would be ridiculous to put a description in there.

Yes. This function is missed by the product team. And we will re-add it for the next version. Really sorry for this incovenience. : (
But how do you think our other functions? If you like it, I can offer you a license key to the one year version. Let me know!

No problem. I used it to indicate which one of the backup drives it was on and which version of Easus it was created with. Stuff like that.

I use the Backup/Restore a lot (hopefully the restore not so much ) because I can restore the operating system quickly and even to another hard drive if I have to. I'd really appreciate a one-year license key if that's possible. Many thanks for your response.
